We currently audit many high rise, townhome and commercial condominium corporations that range in size from six units to over two hundred and fifty units in the GTA and southern Ontario.
Our staff professional accountants have been specially supervised and trained to conduct the audits. Our staff professionals have extensive experience not only in the conducting of the annual audit of condominium corporations, but in certain instances, having been actively involved for many years in various aspects of condominium property management. In other instances, certain staff and partners have served on the Board of Directors for various condominium corporations.
The annual audit involves the preparation of audited financial statements, corporate income tax returns and Not-for-Profit Information returns. In addition, we will gladly meet with the Board of Directors to answer questions and provide advice in its review and approval process of the audited financial statements. We are available to attend at the Annual General Meetings and to present the audited financial statements to the owners and to respond to related questions from the owners regarding the content of the audited financial statements.

Advice on the eligibility of reserve fund expenditures and investments, the reserve fund study and the future funding plan as they relate to Ontario’s Condominium Act;
